With over two decades’ experience in recruitment advertising, Rande was co-founder of an award-winning agency, with over $22 million in billing. She’s a contributing author in the book, “Wise Women Speak.” Rande’s also on the adjunct faculty of the American Management Association.
Robert and Rande have been a couple since 1978 and have worked together since 1992. They are active in both the National Speakers Association and Toastmasters International.
